{"id":1369,"date":"2021-02-10T16:03:53","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T16:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/3susa.com\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=1369"},"modified":"2021-02-10T17:25:39","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T17:25:39","slug":"gcp-data-engineer","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/3susa.com\/?jobpost=gcp-data-engineer","title":{"rendered":"GCP Data Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are in need of strong experienced GCP Data Engineer for Master Brand account, Remote location for next 6 months.<\/p>\n<p>Duration : 6 months, extended to 1 year<\/p>\n<p>Visa : H1B, GC\/USC only (No EAD\/Opt)<\/p>\n<p>Start date : Immediate<\/p>\n<p>Rounds : 2 rounds ( 1 internal, 1 client interview)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience in IT experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Python and SQL for data filtering, transformational and loading<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing ETL\/ELT using tools such as airflow\/cloud composer<\/li>\n<li>Ability to set up and monitor real-time streaming data solutions (Kafka)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with relational and MPP databases such as Postgres, HIVE, and Bigquery<\/li>\n<li>Ability to leverage software development lifecycle capabilities including Git version control, unit testing, and CI\/CD pipelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Projects they would work on<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ETLs to make shared data sources (digital thread).write ETL job to get data lake into postgres for more robust applications<\/li>\n<li>Work on setting up streaming data sources and consumption for manufacturing and other data sources.
