    Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance<\/h4>\n

    Group Medical, Dental and Vision coverage is currently provided by United Healthcare. Benefits begin on the employee’s start date.<\/p>\n\n

    Savings – 401(k) Plan<\/h4>\n

    Employees are immediately eligible and 3S\u2019s 401(k) plan enables them to accumulate savings on a tax-deferred basis. Through payroll deductions, employees can direct pretax earnings <\/p>\n\n

    Paid Holidays<\/h4>\n

    3S employees enjoy seven (7) of the traditional holidays.<\/p>\n\n

    Paid Time Off<\/h4>\n

    The Paid Time Off program allows employees more flexibility in managing their time away from work. An employee accrues 10 paid days off in their first year of employment and subsequent years are accrued on a scheduled basis.<\/p>\n\n

    Flexible Spending Accounts<\/h4>\n

    Employees can reduce taxable income and extend purchasing power for health care and dependent care expenses by enrolling in one or both of the Flexible Spending Accounts.<\/p>\n\n

    Life Insurance<\/h4>\n

    3S’s competitive coverage provides a base amount of life insurance equal to $50,000, at no cost to the employee. In addition, employees can “buy up” for additional levels of coverage.<\/p>\n\n

    Employee Referral Bonus<\/h4>\n

    3S rewards employees who refer job applicants to the company. A referral bonus is paid to the employee after the referred employee has been employed with 3S for six months on a billable assignment.<\/p>\n\n

    Education Reimbursement<\/h4>\n

    Education Reimbursement is provided on a case by case basis.<\/p>\n\n
